It is extremely important to cultivate a powerful student repoters union for running a qualified colldge newspaper.The union is not only the information source of the college newspaper but also the necessary of cultivating talent for the university.The paper has introduced the practical experinces such as selection,cultivtion and regular management about the student reporters union in collge newspaper.
