Independent component analysis,based on signal's high order cumulants,is an efficient signal processing technology widely used in various fields.The mathematics model,assumption,optimization algorithms and three independence measurements on target function and are described.The applications of Independent component analysis in image processing and the difficulties are discussed and forecasted in the paper.
