With the development of nuclear technology application,safe administration of radioactive source is critical to more and more field.Aiming at the management problem of radioactive sources for environmental radiation monitoring services,the radioactive source monitoring system based on GPRS wireless net is designed.Using the advanced communication mode,the system is remarkably real-time,wide range and low cost.The system has been equipped with department of environmental conservation in one province,and it always runs stably.
