A Research on the System of Teachers’ Evaluation in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Teaching Quality

The establishment of a scientific system of teachers’evaluation based on the quality of teaching is of great significance to the development of vocational colleges.This system is constructed by means of devising questionnaires to obtain the index of evaluation,analyzing the index as well as screening the index in combination with SPSS.In addition,the index undergoes the process of item analysis,factor naming,reliability analysis and validity analysis as well to ensure its feasibility.
