New Development of Copyright in Computer Information Network

The developments of information network technology have destroyed the already existing pattern of fights and benefit in copyright territory. It is thus necessary to reestablish the nature of rights in copyright system. Traditional copyright system has gradually lost the authority to satisfy the needs of development in information technology and instrument. New developments and reforms, mainly in the protection of economic and intellectual rights of copyrighters,become more and more urgent. The internationalization of information network is to some degree affecting copyright in the respect of specialty, territory and time, and new legal conflicts will consequently arise. To carry out the regional and international legislation, therefore, is the most effective solution to this problem.
