The Design and Implementation of DPA-Resistant Standard Cells

A methodology to design and characterize a DPA-resistant standard cell library is introduced in this paper,and then the designed standard cells are used to implement an S-box of DES.The experimental results demonstrate that the DPA-resistant standard cell library can counteract DPA attacks effectively.
