Analysis of a New Time-frequency Distribution of Suppressing the Cross-terms

The method of the Reassignment for suppressing the cross-terms is introduced in this paper.With this method and WHT,a new Time-frequency distribution-RWHT is proposed.The results of computer simulation show and verify the validity of the distribution in suppressing the cross-terms and improving the detection capability of Time-frequency Distribution.
