Personalized information service is becoming the mainstream of information service model.The key is how to provide users with more accurate and effective information service.This paper discusses the personalized information service and information psychology,analyzes the impact of user information psychology on personalized information service,takes MyLibrary system as an example and puts forward some suggestion about its personalized information service.
