The electric file is a new mode of file recording.Once it is defected or lost,it will bring about inestimable losses.Therefore,we must recognize the special features of the electric files and the likely accompanying risks and thus take correct strategies and measures to prevent and control the risks so that the electric files are kept safely and completely.
