Study on the Automatic Spelling Check for English Essays

Based on automatic spelling check for English essays,the spelling errors in English compositions are classified into non-word and real-word errors.Statistical modeling and rule matching methods are studied for checking the spelling errors,thus expanding the scope of the research for spelling check in English words.The research of the real-word errors check mainly depends on some specific confusion sets and as well as Bayes theorem.Encouragingly,the accuracy analysis of the results of the system is over 80%.
