Design of Bluetooth-Ethernet Voice Gateway Based on SOPC

Widely used in many electronic designs,system development based on advanced SOPC allows considerable flexibility.The voice gateway brought out in this paper uses Bluetooth for short distance wireless access and allows multiple Bluetooth terminals to switch packet voice via Ethernet.The number of Bluetooth terminals supported simultaneously by the gateway could be flexibly adjusted by configuring IIS controller.It first begins with the development procedure of SOPC,and then the design mechanism of IP core for IIS controller and software based on Nios II CPU.
