An Analysis on Copyright Protection and the Rationality,Contradition and Solution Thinking of Sharing Digital Teaching Resources

Copyright protection helps arouse the writer's creating enthusiasm,and digital teaching resources sharing helps improve social education.Although both of them have rationality,they may cause contradiction between their private rights and public benefits,for the counteraction of the two interests results in the unbalance for the present copyright protection to deviate to private rights.This paper is to investigate into their rationality and contradiction in network environment,and suggest a new solution for the conflict between public benefits and private rights of copyright by carrying out the idea of sharing knowledge.
