With the new development of productive forces and production modes,management theory has been applied and promoted in chemical industry and its RD sector.Project management helps to strengthen the system management in the various stages of engineering,reduce the uncertainty in engineering,and improve social and economic benefits of the R D projects.This paper describes the application of harmonious management and PDCA management in chemical API engineering,and tries to put forward an applicable framework based on harmonious management and PDCA management in chemical API engineering.
