The Algorithm of Multi-sensor Target Identification Based on Evidence Combination Theory

The problem of multi-sensor target identification is researched,a new approach to weighted evidence data fusion is proposed.The basic concept of evidence theory,the rule of combination,weighted evidence combination and decision-making rule is introduced,at the same time,a simple multi-sensor information fusion model is presented.At last,an identification example using this new method is simulated;it is shown that the method is good to improve the precision and effectiveness of target identification.
