Coal mine safety management evaluation based on cloud model and D-S theory

Aimed at a scientific method of safety management evaluation,a strategy which is of significance for improving coal mine safety production level and eliminating potential accidents,this paper draws on the comprehensive consideration of the factors influencing coal mine safety management and introduces the development of the coal mine safety management system consisting of the secondary indicators,such as equipment management,working environment management,information management,and personnel distribution management. The paper proposes an alternative solution to conventional evaluation system which fails in the simultaneous reflection of the fuzziness and the randomness in the treatment of some indicators and features a comprehensive evaluation method distinguished by qualitative and quantitative mutual transfer model based on cloud model and weight determination method developed from D- S theory. The results derived from Songzhuang coal mine in Huozhou Group verify that the method operates in a scientific and effective way.
