As one of the important links in logistics, distribution has gained gradual attention nowadays. To build transportation tracking and vehicle guidence system can master all the information about vehicles and transporatation. This has been accepted as an important means to improve transportation efficiency in future. With the advance of science and technology, especially the use of GPS and GIS which result in the application of electronic map, there appear now more and more effective means for transportation trackng and vehicle guidence system. With GPS and GIS technology, it is a good attempt to realize that purpose by sending short messages by moble phone.
