An improved approach of shift-corrected joint peristimulus time histogram

While using the shift-corrected JPSTH analyze data,the result depends on the details of the experiment data.To solve the problem,an improved method was proposed by normalizing the shift-corrected JPSTH.The proposed method was been applied to analyze the multi-channel extracellular recording of the hippocampal neuronal network.The result shows that,when the neuronal network keeps a constant connection state but has experiment data with different details,the proposed method can embody exactly the connection state of the neuronal network.
