Current the national highway net is already to formation nearly, the main mission the highway section gradually turns from development into management for developing the good environment vehicle circulates, increasing the service level and transport's efficiency the highway foundation facilities. According to highway present condition Langfang region, the paper analyzes and elucidates the importance and the necessity of highway intelligence transportation system in the common highway. At the same time, on the foundation the problem the front exsits, the paper puts forward the basic principle the common highway intelligence developments.
