Monitoring System Development on Communication Base Station

Aimed at the demand of mobile communication base stations,the exploitation of the mobile communication base station centralized supervision and control system was discussed in this paper. WINCOM is a high-tech company which is devoted to the research and development of base station Monitoring system and has already brought out many versions of Monitoring System. IM3216 is one of them. Firstly,we introduce the development background of IM3216 system and the basic principle of IM3216 system. Secondly,we relate the composition,and framework of IM3216,which is the base of SVAP. Thirdly,we relate the general design of IM3216. Immediately after that,we describe the design of IM3216 software platform. Lastly,we deliver a conclusion of this paper.
