Quality was the life of the sci-tech periodicals,and then the quality management was most important.The author discussed in detail how to improve the quality management of sci-tech periodicals from 8 areas such as establishing proper editing guideline,widening the drafts resources,paying more attention on editing and proofreding,and improving printing quality.
