On Right of Commercial Goodwill

The right of commercial goodwill belongs to intellectual property rights,as a kind of important civil right,it has the essence characteristics as a non-substance object.In constituting Civil Law,the content of protecting goodwill right should be added to the items of intellectual property rights.
