The design of polyphase filter in GSM receiver

This paper describes the design of polyphase filter in GSM receiver with low -IF topologies, using the circuit scheme of active RC with the performance of single chip integrated. Based on TSMC 0.18um CMOS process, the spectre simulation results indicates: the filter can realize center frequency 110kHz, bandwidth 200kHz,gain 30dB, image reject ratio 38dB.
