Practical Technology of Radar Signal Classification Based on DSP

Signal classification is a difficult problem in dense radar signal environment. A practical technology for radar signal classification is presented in this paper. After an introduction of hardware layout using DSP, classifying signal effectively is illustrated basing on comparing CDIF with SDIF algorithm. This method is suitable for identifying PRF jittering,PRF staggering, frequency agility and frequency diversity etc. The design is varified as very effective in a radar EW reconnaissance system.
