Research on Fault Diagnosis of Aeroengine Based on Incomplete Knowledge

The fault diagnosis of aeroengine requires not only diagnosis knowledge from the manufacturer,but also the continuously cumulated expert practical experience,thus its information is incomplete.In this paper,a method on acquiring diagnosis knowledge from incomplete information based on Rough Sets theory is studied.A diagnosis information system is formed by combining aeroengine diagnosis knowledge and expert practical experience,accordant diagnosis rules are acquired by reduction operation,and the realization of digital maintenance technology for aircraft is ensured.The result from analysis of examples shows that this method is effective and advantageous.
