During Song and Yuan dynasties, the bluish white porcelain produced in Sanming Zhongcun Huiyao kiln,Guangze Maodian kiln and Xiashiyuan kiln of the north of Fujian province is mainly table ware, which form is standard and rigorous in its beginning age,but rough and simple in its golden age.To be specific,in the molding process, the bluish white porcelain changed from standard to rough;in the form of each part,it changed from regular and rigorous to rough and simple, having more or less defects;in the decoration,it changed from carving or drawing geometric pattern in the inside and outside ware wall to stamping floral pattern in the bottom of the ware. All these changes illustrate that the production of bluish white porcelain in the north of Fujian province was guided by the market during Song and Yuan dynasties.
