A General Dynamic Secret Sharing Scheme Based on One-Way Function

A general dynamic secret sharing scheme based on one - way function is proposed in this paper and the scheme can identify cheaters. It is applicable to arbitrary acess structures. Compared with the schemes of the same sorts, it has the following good properties: (1) The shadows can be reused for many times; ( 2 ) It can identify cheaters; (3 ) When some participants' shadows are revealed; they can be renewed without any effect on the oters;(4) The system can accept or fire a participant easily;(5) The information stored by the participants is greatly decreased.
