In digital times,traditional copyright theories are challenged greatly,and the researches of international copyright system on theories and principles are enhanced gradually.Seeking for a new balance between technology development、copyright protection and public interest will be the emphasis of copyright research in digital times.A new multidimensional research mode combining the research methods of law、technology、economy、culture and public police will take place of the traditional copyright research means,thus it will give rise to a controversial consequence.
