Establishment of database about wellhead design

This paper gives a brief introduction of the theory of designing database, the appliance of database techniques in modern engineering, describes the techniques of program development and the necessary and method of building database for wellhead in Visual Basic. An example of using the database is given as well.It is convenient for designer to accomplish the fast design of wellhead by using the database.
