This thesis mainly discussed the planning frame and achieving method for the information system of the educational administration based on the VFP.In order to solve the problems in the current systems such as the bad time-space applicability,the single form and content in the data-inputting and data-outputting,the short share data inter the different systems.With a new design principle and open type,author have set up the system for data processing and management used in educational administration practice generally.
