AN AUTOMATIC PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR FORMS BASED ON MATHEMATICAL MORPHOLOGY

An automatic processing system for forms based on mathematical morphology is presented. The system can extract form lines quickly and accurately by the structuring element match with the form line and the algorithm of mathematical morphology. It is very effective for form lines extracting and the restoring of distorted form lines due to printing and scanning.
