A KIND OF BLOCK HANKEL MATRICES AND THEIR INVERTIBILITY

A kind of block Hankel matrices are deduced from controllability matrices on linear system.Their properties and invertible conditions are discussed.The r-block circulant matrices and general Hankel matrices are special of this kind.A new method to study this kind of block circulant matrices is presented.
