Study and Development of Settlement Sys-tem for Large-scale Hydropower Project

In this paper, an elementary flow and distributed architecture of engineering settlement system of large-scale hydropower project is introduced. The realized methods and key problems of development and design of this kind of system are discussed in detail, such as the electronic auditing and the automatic building of the settlement report. And the design is applied successfully.
