On the Classification and Management of Electronic Document

With the fast development of the information technology,the quantity of the electronic file is getting more and more.Therefore,analysing and studying the categorised problem of the electronic file is of great significance for the workers of files to change the traditional managing ideas and methods as well as to raise the electronic managerial ability of files.The thesis proposes the electronic file management modes,seaching principles and file methods through classification and characteristic analysis.It also argues some technological problems such as the electronic files screening,security protection in file administration with combination of information security technology.
