Because of the credit problems restraining the development of C2C online trading patterns, with empirical methods,through researching the strengths and weaknesses of eBay trust system,the ways are put forward of precise design of rules,rigorous authentication of the real name and orderly credit appraise and so on in order to construct the business formality of the network,Results can offer ideas for improving and optimizing the C2C trust in online trading system.
