A USB-based Multi-sniffer platform for wireless senor network

As a novel wireless sensor network test platform,SNUMP is designed to monitor the whole network in the paper.It realizes IEEE802.15.4 packet capturing by sniffer CC 2531 USB Dongle.SNUMP allows users to get the detail network information such as the formation of network testing,network stability analysis and the network topology.The USB interface technology is used instead of the traditional serial transimission,which can solve the problem of transmission speed and the large volumes of data for large-scale WSNs.The system is a cost-effective solution which can be universally applied to various WSN sensor generations.
