At present hematology analyzers produced by different manufacturers are based on variant principles of determination,taking different test methods,using different reagents in the differential leukocyte counting,and producing different scattergrams,but fundamentally,its detection principle can be divided into electrical conductance method and light scattering method of two parts.This paper is to present you the principles of red blood cell counting,blood platelets counting,lencocyte counting,leukocyte differential counting and reticulocyte determination.
