Research of speech cmmunication principle based on MBE arithmetic

The encode decode principle,the pick–up means of parameter, and the method of speech synthesize were studied based on MBE model. In the reduction of the digital rate and bandwidth compression, the useful exploration was put forwards. And its' superiority and shortage concretely has also been analynized. Moreover, by simulation experiments the methods to set up hardware and software testing and the amelioration about this arithmetic were improved which were significative in references.
