Short Massage Encryption Scheme Based on Algrithm Public Key Endryption

The new demand for security of SMS(short message) has been requested while the application of the SMS shifts to the financial area such as mobile payment and mobile securities. Basing on the ElGamal public key encryption and the properties of SMS, the paper puts forward a novel approach especially proper for SMS encryption. The experiment is conducted and the result is analyzed.
