A kind of new intelligent partial path planning method that gets environmental information by using sensor is presented.There is a so-called optimization invalidation problem in the real-life traffic.Numerical value of ectohormone is used as states'data of transcendental probability and the second optimization is selected by computing minimum conditional risk.A new conception is created to make a intellectualized adjusting of strategy that it is super risk.The result proves that this new method can achieve the anticipative purpose.
