Design of hard disk editor in Win32 environment

This paper provides a method of designing hard disk in Win32 environment,which achieves a hard drive to visit all sectors,programming to achieve a practical hard disk editor.It provides a powerful tool for special applications the tool is added to the hard disk information for erasure,the confidentiality of information provides an important means.
