An Image Encryption Arithmetic Based on 3D Mobius Transformation

A new scheme of scrambling digital image is proposed by using the 3D Mobius transformation and chaotic sequences with good properties such as ease generation,sensitive dependence on initial values,and the statistic specialty of white noise.The proposed algorithm has the features of randomness as well as varieties for image scrambling,and a good encryption effect is achieved.
