Realization of Radar Linear Frequency Modulation Signal Based on FPGA

As an important pulse compression signal,Linear Frequency Modulation(LFM) signal is widely used in radar system.Based on the PCI radar signal processing platform made by our own lab,it puts forward that the FPGA is used to realize radar LFM signal.The fundamental principle and methods based on FPGA′s DDS programming technology to realize the LFM signal are introduced.The advantages of FPGA are displayed by its combination with simulation results of radar LFM signal,which supplies a new method for the implementation of radar LFM signal engineering.
