We utilized the mathematics approach and computer technology to carry out great reconstruction for the traditional means of wave scene-analysis and forecast. We carried out relational explore and investigation on the methods and technology in analyzing, drawing, smoothing and deleting of isoline, decoding shipdata etc. In the context, we introduce mainly the contents on how to apply the isoline trace technique, how to apply the mix- function technique and how to decode shipdata as so long, and briefly introduce the means how to solve the key difficulty in practicality. The realization of isoline protract resolved the problem on messagization and professional work in sea wave scene-analysis and forecast.
