Multi-unmanned Aerial Vehicles' Autonomous Task Planning Based on Estimation of Distribution Algorithm

Y Zhang · Journal of Projectiles.Rockets.Missiles and Guidance · 2013

The distributed autonomous task planning was studied for the multi-unmanned aerial vehicles( UAVs) performing different tasks. Firstly, the independent assignment of every UAV based on estimation of distribution algorithms( EDAs) was carried out. Based on this, considering the time windows of validity and the task score function, the distributed conflict resolution between every UAV based on neighboring communication was completed. The dominant individuals coordination was provided to improve the global efficiency and reduced the communication burden. Simulation results show the accuracy of the tasks assignment and the availability of the method.
