A Fuzzy Reliability Evaluation Method for Sub-Sample Products Based on Information Entropy Theory

To avoid some disadvantages in reliability evaluation of sub-sample products.Aevaluation method which applied in sub-sample products' reliability is presented in this paper.Based on information entropy theory,the method take the fuzzy factor of reliability information into account,then a model for sub-sample reliability evaluation is established.A example is given to illustrate this method.The result shows that this method is effective for engineering application.
