Research into The Transform Method of Large Jitter Pulse Repetition Interval

This paper adopts the transform method of large jitter pulse repetition interval(PRI) to estimate the PRI,presents a new shifting time initial point technology and simplified threshold function.The test proves that the transform method of large jitter PRI is quite effective for the estimation of PRI mean of jitter signal.
