Study on Using AD5933 to Realize Impedance Measurement

AD5933 is a new chip for impedance testing which is produced by the American company Analog Devices.By designing test circuit,choosing suitable calibration values(known impedance),the author has calculated the gain factor and finished the calibration of AD5933.This paper simulates the liquor conductivity measurement through testing the resistance.The results shows that the test relative error is small in a suitable impedance range,it is not only saving cost,but also very easy to operate to use AD5933 for conductivity testing,it can improve the test accuracy and efficiency.The results and method can be used in designing and producing low cost,high accuracy conductivity meters.
