The Narcotic Problem in the Non-traditional Safety

In recent years,with the spreading of narcotics in the global scope,the narcotic problem has become a complicated as well as important global problem in the non-traditional safety.The threatening of the problem to the safety of the state is reflected in the destruction of economy,in assisting the spreading of the international terrorist activities,in producing various crimes with the help of other types of crimes,in affecting continuous development of the country,in causing problems of public sanitation,etc..In the progress of the globalization,to strengthening the various co-operations among the international societies has become the important access to solve the narcotic problem.
