Location Technology with Single Base-station in TD-SCDMA System

TD-SCDMA system, owing to its smart antenna, uplink synchronization and other key technologies, has unique advantage in wireless location. In this paper, several normal location algorithms in TD-SCDMA are analyzed. Based on some evolutions of these algorithms, a new single base-station location algorithm with joint parameters estimation is proposed. Its excellent performance is verified by a series of simulation analysis and comparison.
