Solutions for multilevel coding system with low complexity and short time delay

In order to overcome the disadvantage of high complexity and long time delay in conventional multilevel coding system,we investigate on two solutions to realize new multilevel coding system with more practicality. A novel structure of combing two-level coding and 8PSK modulation is proposed in this paper. Compared with conventional three-level 8PSK modulation codes,decoding complexity can be decreased to 2/3 or even lower than 1/2.
